To have your account and related personal data deleted, please send a request via email to support@cropital.com using the email associated with your Cropital account.
Please use the subject: Account Deletion Request and provide the following in the email body:
- Full name
- A picture of your valid Government ID, any of these will do:
- Passport
- Driver’s license
- National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
- Social Security System (SSS) Card
- Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
- Birth Month and Birth Year
The information provided will be used to verify the account owner’s identity. We do not accept requests made by anyone aside from the account owner. Only requests sent from the account’s registered email address will be honored.
Please be advised that we can only delete accounts that do not have any active investments.
