There are multiple ways on how you can make your payment for you to be able to invest.
- Online Banking*: Debit from your account through convenient online fund transfers with any of the following banks: BPI, BDO, Chinabank, Landbank, Metrobank, Maybank, PSBank, RCBC, Unionbank, RobinsonsBank, Bank of Commerce, UCPB.
- E-Money (PayMaya, GrabPay, Coin.ph): Transfer mobile money with no extra charges! Simply generate your reference number through Dragonpay and then use your e-money app to make the transfer.
- Over-the-counter (OTC): If you prefer to pay in-person through physical outlets, you can make OTC payments with selected banks and the following non-bank channels: Bayad Center, Cebuana Lhuillie, LBC, M. Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop, RD Pawnshop, Robinsons Department Store, and SM Department/Supermarket/Savemore branches. Watch this video to see how.
- Bitcoin: see: how to invest using bitcoin.
All top-up transactions are facilitated by third-party payment portals that have service fees. Online banking, e-money, and OTC transactions have a flat service fee of PHP 20 regardless of investment amount. Bitcoin transactions, on the other hand, have a 0.8% service fee.
*Online banking transactions may have additional fees charged by your bank that are separate from the PHP 20 portal fee. These are similar to the charges made by your bank when, for example, you transfer to a friend's bank account. Below are the list of banks and their respective bank charges:

Bank of Commerce | PHP 10 |

You can be sure that your payment was successful if you receive a confirmation e-mail in your registered Cropital e-mail address from Dragonpay as well as an e-mail from us that money has been credited to your account. You can also check your dashboard to view the total funds added to your wallet.
We are continually looking for ways to make the service as convenient as possible so you can expect more payment gateways in the future.
